Our Background

Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is a full-service employee owned commercial general contractor that has been active in the Colorado Front Range construction market since 1977. Our construction volume represents a good balance of negotiated (CM/GC) and hard bid projects. Our competitive standing in the hard bid market provides current market costs and trends and guarantees competitive budgets. We perform bid and negotiated projects with the same competitive spirit and all our projects employ a team approach that builds value for the client.

OUR PEOPLE

GTC provides a professional office and field staff of nearly 100 employees who are dedicated to completing projects custom fit to your needs. Our management teams provide key communication links between project team members to coordinate all phases of the project and ensure that owners receive dedicated and dependable service at a competitive price.

We offer the expertise, resources and financial stability of a large general contractor while maintaining the personalized service and attention of a smaller one. Even after all these years, every project we manage has one of our principals directly involved.
