Corporate Awards

  • 2021 - BCH West Medical Building - Novel 40 Role Model winner, Better Building Envelope Campaign, U.S. Department of Energy. This was one of 14 buildings in the country recognized by the DOE, and the only one to receive both of the highest award levels. "Novel 40" means a new construction envelope project that achieved 40 percent above a code baseline. "Role Model" means buildings that meet one of the recognition tiers and also incorporate an additional advanced strategy or technology into their building envelopes, serving as role models within the industry. BCH West MOB was the only winner to receive the Role Model award.

  • 2021 - Intersand Windsor - Winner, ENR Regional Best Projects (Mountain States: Colorado, Wyoming, North and South Dakota) - Manufacturing category

  • 2020 - Adams County Fire Station No. 11 - Winner, AGC ACE Gold - General Contractor Projects $10-40M category

  • 2020 - Adams County Fire Station No. 11 - Winner, ENR Regional Best Projects (Mountain States: Colorado, Wyoming, North and South Dakota) - Green category

  • 2019 ACE Silver Award for Best Building Project in the under $10M - General Contractor - Regis Student Center

  • Brian Laartz - ENR Legacy Award 2019

  • 2018 ACE Silver Award for Best Building Project in the $10-40M - General Contractor  - AIMS Greeley Campus

  • General Contractor of the Year" in the $50-100 million category from the America Subcontractors Association of Colorado in 2018

  • Regis Main Hall Phases 1 & 2 won the 2017 ACE Silver Award from the Associated General Contractors of Colorado for Best Building Project under $10 Million - General Contractor - 2017

  • "General Contractor of the Year" in the $50-100 million category from the America Subcontractors Association of Colorado in 2017
