GENERALS PARK

This is a 45-acre park complete with multi-use fields, playground, shelters, restrooms and parking.  Site improvements also included landscaping, irrigation, sewer and water lines, concrete sidewalks, site grading and drainage.

Some of our sustainable construction efforts on this project included the following:

• Sustainable Site: Redevelopment of a condemned site, restoration of open space for adjacent campus, tree relocation during demolition activity
• Materials & Resources: Regional materials used for boulder work and landscaping, recycled aggregates used for foundation base, bedding and flatwork, recycled content materials used for playground equipment and shelters
