121,834 SF interior phased renovation of a middle school and an addition. A new geothermal system . Adjacent portions of the existing building remained occupied throughout construction. Although the project was designed to achieve the LEED Gold rating, the owner opted not to proceed with LEED certification.

Sustainable Site: Storm water quality control, geothermal well field.
Water Efficiency: All new high efficiency plumbing fixtures were installed in the school.
Energy Efficiency: Added insulation at the roof and exterior walls, added lighting controls, new energy efficient windows, new LED light fixtures, water source heat pump and geothermal HVAC system, upgraded BAS controls..
Materials & Resources: 75% of materials were recycled.
