  • Materials & Resources: Construction waste recycling diverted 50-80% waste from landfills, recycled content material used for flooring and wall treatments, reuse of existing buildings
  • Indoor Environmental Quality: Air quality management during construction, low-VOC paints, adhesives and sealants, monitoring of CO2 levels
