BEACON POINT RECREATION CENTER - New recreation center and outdoor pool
THE LAKE CLUB AT CENTERRA - 3,000 SF pool pavilion and club house facility with a 4,500 SF pool for The Lakes at Centerra Community. Scope consists of hardscapes and site walks, swimming pool with associated water features and mechanical equipment, pool pavilion building, club house building, facility parking and landscaping.
AURORA SPORTS PARK - The expansion project consisted of furnishing and installing four (4) multi-sport synthetic turf fields, concrete seat wall surrounding fields, a low site wall with perimeter 30’ tall safety fencing, concessions area, fully plumbed and heated restroom building, field identification on a scaffolding structure, 372 parking spaces, field lighting, parking, lot lighting, pedestrian walkways, natural turf practice area and landscaping.
RUBY HILL PARK (PH. 1) - Upgrades to an 80 acre park including irrigation replacement, new playground facilities, new pavilion and restroom structure, walkways and parking lot upgrades.
MAVERICK POOL - New 1,650 SF masonry pool house, swimming pool and park facilities including polycarbonate windows and shade structures, BBQ pits, picnic tables, outdoor showers, play structures, mail center and scrolled metal fencing.
PIONEER PARK LEISURE POOL- A 13,133 SF renovation and upgrade to the Aspen Building, including conversion of existing laboratory and classroom spaces into 6 new multi-functional laboratories/studios with shared preparation area and a new connecting corridor. Also included minor mechanical renovations to the occupied 2nd and 3rd floors of the building to update old technology and equipment.
LA ALMA POOL - Demolition of existing facilities and construction of a new outdoor pool and pool house on a 2.2 acre site for La Alma Lincoln Park. Building construction includes men's and women's facilities, staff office and control station, and mechanical room, totaling 3,420 SF. Project also includes site work, landscape and irrigation.
SANDSTONE RANCH - 140-acre site development including multi-use fields, open space, restroom and concession facilities and parking. Also included road improvements, landscaping, water pond irrigation, sewer and water lines, concrete sidewalks, and site grading and drainage.
NELSON PARK BALL FIELDS - Four ball fields, a concessions/restroom building, playgrounds, concrete sidewalks, sport lighting, and 2 parking lots. Project also included landscape, raw water irrigation, site grading and drainage, and sewer and water lines.
