HOVER DENTAL - NEW core shell and tenant finish of three dental offices totaling 7,908 SF. Dental equipment was supplied by the individual owners and installation was coordinated by GTC.
IMAGINE GROUP HOME - This new 3,700 SF house includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, six resident bedrooms and a staff bedroom. The design and construction of the house is fully accessible, with an emphasis on green building and assistive technology which maximizes each individual's independence. The house provides comprehensive supportive services to those individuals residing there.
