DPD COMMAND GARAGE - A 7,500 SF addition to the existing DPD firing range to be used for the storage of large command vehicles. The building is made of structural steel with a corrugated metal wall skin.
TODD CREEK FIRE STATION - 10,900 SF station with (3) apparatus bays and smoke tower
ROCKY MOUNTAIN EL DORADO STATION - Demolition of existing fire station and construction of new 9,951 SF facility including sleeping quarters, offices and apparatus bay. This project also includes an 842 SF detached garage, site paving and a helicopter landing pad.
ARVADA FIRE BURN BUILDING - New 4-story, 4,639 SF steel burn building to be utilized for fire department training purposes.
LOVELAND FIRE STATION ADDITION - A 4,199 SF renovation and addition to an existing 8,935 SF 1-story fire station including offices, exercise rooms, kitchen and bath remodel, and main entryway.
LOVELAND FIRE STATION NO. 2 - Construction of a new two-story, 13,800 SF fire station on an approximately 3 acre site. The facility consists of a one story structure with living quarters, training, exercise and office area constructed of wood, stick frame and the truck bays of concrete masonry construction. The project is LEED Certified.
AURORA FIRE STATION NO. 1 - New 14,000 SF fire station and response center.
DOC SLATER EMERGENCY RESPONSE CENTER - New 8,667 SF emergency dispatch facility
